Team,

I took loans from private lenders of 1.5 cr and lost in all business whatever I did. Ended up with huge interest and loans. Now I don't have money to even for my basic needs. So I'm not showing my face that I can't pay them back. Because of me all are suffering. People trusted and have given me .. initially it was very good but later everything spoiled bcoz of various reasons. I'm not in situation to handle anymore this. I'm done. I don't want anyone to face situation like me. If I run away I'll never be able to see my family again. If I die that's still more problem. I don't know what to do now. Bcoz of lockdown no one is coming to ask me but later also same situation so I want to run away. I'm scared now. Please let me know. I never wanted to cheat anyone.

Have you given any Cheques . Where is your place . In all the Courts including your Concerned Courts you would find Free Legal Service Forums and you could approach them and discuss with them in detail and they would guide you and take care.You could also find out their Phone numbers and call them and they would take care. Never hide any thing to them and they would handle and if at all you want just post your location only and the address of Free Legal Aid Forum would be posted.

Such situations come in the life of many people. You have face the same. You are regretting so it no less than punishment. Everybody commits wrong but one who regrets will be forgiven by God. There are so many other people and agencies to help you and come out of such bad situation.

You can declare yourself as insolvant in the local court. For filing any case for the said purpose, by making simple application to the concerned court initially can demand Free legal Aid according to which you shall be granted a lawyer as well as litigation charges through that lawyer and accordingly it shall be better to face the situation instead of thinking for suicide or feeling shy.
