it may be sentimental to you but there is no penal section unless there is an intention to disregard or humiliate you or your family. However if it is theft you can file FIR under S 380 IPC. If it is case of negligence of responsible persons of cemetary you can file a civil suit for damages. if they charge some amount from you to keep safe bones, you can file a consumer complaint also.
