whethere company can withheld payment of contributory provident fund amount untill finilisation of diciplinary action agaist employee ,who caused moneytory loss to the company

Provident Fund is un-attachable. If there is a disciplinary action against an employee, the company may withhold gratuity amount but not provident fund amount. In fact, the entire amount of provident fund would be with the Commissioner of Provident Fund and the employer has no say in it.
