defamation case has been filed against one of my aunty by the secretary of an unregistered body for stating some of his views during the recently concluded Lok Sabha Election, 2019. As such I want to know whether a secretary of an unregistered body can file case by representing the association/body

your aunty can file preliminary objections in WS in court about the issue of said body being unregistered and therefore its secretary has no authority to file said case against her.
