Obc certificate from native state

Respected sir
I m resident of up living there from birth to 12 th in meerut and for graduation in greater noida. But my family have shifted to haryana after my 12th. My query is that
1) can i get obc ncl certificate from up
I have old ration card of up address parents voterid etc and my old obc certificate that was used at the time of graduation. We have not made any document of haryana address so far.
But no one is living there @ up from our family.
2) is it necessary to live there @up for caste certificate but i have all proof to show that we lived there in the past and resident of up.

3) there is a circular in net that a migrant can get certificate from state where he migrated but haryana state deny that get the certificate from your native state.

4) does it crime of illegal to get caste certificate from up by showing all my previous record domicile certificate old obc certificate etc problem is the only thing that we shifted to other state but have all document related to our native state ie up.

You can get it from your present address if you are residing more than 3 yeqars. Contact the tehsil and appraise.

Thanks sir for prompt reply sir actually now we are living in haryana.
I just want to confirm that to get the obc certificate from up (as it is our native state) is ok or not.
I have give all the requied documents while applying new obc certificate that is ration card old obc certificate etc.
I have domicile certificate birth certificate and all schooling certificate from up to show that i m resident of up.

In root question is that does it make any problem that to get caste certificate from up when we are not living there are the point of time when apply for certificate.?

I think this situation is arise with many persons who move to other state for bread and butter does this thing bar him for get caste certificate from native state?

Always it is safe to have the certificates with the present address, as the obc community listed in one state may not be listed in other state.

Sir our caste is listed in obc in both haryana and up but haryana state dont issue the certificate to us stating that get it from yur native state i just want to sure is there ang offence in it we are planning to buy a property within month in up and shifting to up again due to which we have not made any document at haryana address as one lawyer suggest be your document at only one state and whete u want to live and reside for long.

In one line sir is there ang offence in it to get obc certificate from our native place up when we are living there right now earlier we have read in soem thred where reapctes lawyer suggest to get obc certificate from native state causw it is more easy to get.

Someone says that u can get obc certificate from. Your native state by showing domicile certificate i wamt to get up. Obc certificate cause no of vacancies in UPPCS is more compare to haryana and i want to apply in that so thats why i am askimg can i get up. Obc certificate i have domicile of up born and brought UP there at uttar pradesh

You are at liberty to get it from haryana.The OBC is for the central Government jobs.So it could be used throughout India.No offence or anyother complaint could be raised.

Thanks alot sir but sir for UPPCS they ask for obc state caste certificate and domicile of up i have domicile of up, can i make caste certificate from UP on the basis of domicile of UP as one of my frind made on the basis of domicile of UP.

Does any offence if I get Obc certificate from my native state UP??
