Lady from Karnataka. Marriage was at Kerala. Resided along with husband at his family house at Kerala. Whether she can file D.V case at Karnataka?

She could file from the Place where she Presently resides please. as per Sec 27 of Protection of women from Domestic violence. but cruelty against women Sec 498A of IPC to be filed under concerned Police Jurisdiction.
