Hi Sir

I have cheque give be buyer for property sell deed. date on cheque is 30-07-2018. Till which date cheque is valid to deposit in bank.

Usually 3 months from the date of issue.

Validity of cheque is 3 months, otherwise, question paper lacks relevant information.

Thanks for help. Validity of cheque is 3 months or 90 days. Till which date cheque dated 30 Jul 2018 is valid ?
