How to demand maintenance

A defence pensioner ( psychiatric case) stays separately blaming wife(senior citizen) as characterless refuses maintenance.what to do now?Pl advice.

Wife can always seek maintenance from her husband under section 125 CrPC for which she has to file petition in the Family Court.
The husband who may be retired official is supposed to share his retirement pension with his wife and that will be ordered for this person also.

What is your connection, concern or locus standie to the subject matter?
Maintenance has to be paid by husband irrespective of the fact that he is "sound mind" or "psycharatic".
