Eligibility for gratuity

i was working in multinational engineering organisation joined on 18/11/2013 & my service ends on 30/07/2018 due to non project work.
In this case whether i can claim for gratuity?

You can send an application to the Head office. If not conceded, file case with the controlling authority of the place where you lastly worked.

1. For claiming Gratuity, the employee needs to put in Five years of service.

2. However, an application can be made for payment of Gratuity, on various compassionate grounds.
