Hello experts my self swethadam,basically am from adilabad but we settled in hyderabad since 10 years.3 years ago i got married my husband lives in USA after marriage he went to USA..til now he did not procesed for me to take with him.now he is not talking to me properly. I dont know his USA addres.his parents lives in india.can i file a criminal case against his parents becoz i have no other chance to get him.even his parents also not talking with me.please suggest correct process

You may contact the Mahila or Women Helpline of your city's Police department or the National Commission for Women, India website for help : http://www.ncw.nic.in/
The direct filling any complaint against the husband or his parents in the court may not workout as the family visa for the Indian wife that he may have applied could not go through in his favour for some reasons or he may not be having sufficient material in hand to get that visa for you while living and working outside India, all these defences he will give if the court ask him about it. By going through State or National agencies as mentioned above, the more pressure can be put on him to workout the family visa for you that he may be avoiding.
