Land and house property

Dear Sir,

My mother is filing a land property case for my grandmother (expired) land to be recovered. whether she alone is eligible to file a case or her blood relations should also apply?

kindly clarify me.

First the Legal Heir Certificate to be Obtained for your Late Grand Mother.

All the Legal Heirs would be entitled to file the suit for this purpose or they could authorise your mother the one of the Legal Heir to represent the case.
