IT is felt that the persons that would have interest to gain from estate-property disposed by WILL / would have benefitted from the estate-property disposed by WILL or that have charge on estate/property disposed by WILL ………say Legal heirs, beneficiary and creditors are not stranger to WILL.
Are cousins as in your query stranger to the WILL in your query!

Once again thank you ALL. Facts are : Property had flown from "A" to "B" and now this property further flown from "B" to "C", now family members of "A" is questioning the Will of "C" in the Court, can it be questionable ? Will of "A" is acted upon in the year 1976.

Only Legal heirs who have legal rights can question the will. or contest thee will.
Guest (Expert) 10 June 2018
Instead of A,B,C, etc, you could have discussed about the relations of the beneficiaries and the person intending to challenge the will.
Guest (Expert) 10 June 2018
As Per Limitations Act the Time Period to file a Suit is 12 years and the limit is exceeded by parties of A and now more than 40 years had gone..

You are unable to frame your question properly, it is better to consult a local lawyer if there is some truth in the story.
