I gave my class 10th exam out of india through the CBSE board In 2016 and gave the class 12th exam through the gujarat board this year .I have qualified the NEET Exam.But the state govt has made the domicile certificate compulsory for medical and para medical courses.I m living in gujarat from the last two years And now I m not able to get the domicile certificate .PLEASE help me with this problem.THANK YOU

To apply for the Domicile Certificate the applicant must be residing on the perticular place for a minimum period of 3 years.
An applicant will need the following documents or papers to apply for a domicile certificate in Gujarat:
1. A valid identification proof.
2. School certificate
3. Prof that the applicant is the owner of his/her land.
4. Tehsil inquiry report
5. Proof that you are resident of the particular place for minimum period that is 3 years.
6. If any women who is married to a man of another state and who is domicile of that state can also apply for the domicile certificate of that state.
If any person is already having a domicile certificate and he/she is applying for another state or more than one state then it is a punishable offense.

Domicile certificate of any State in India is issued by the district office where the person is living, you must contact the Deputy Commissioner Office of your District and get information about the application and terms and conditions based on which domicile certificate can be issued. If you are eligible for that same on the basis of your stay in the district definitely you can get it otherwise you will not.

You have not stated actually to which state you belonged. Living in Gujarat merely for 2 years won't make you eligible for domicile certificate from the Gujarat authorities.
