Hai sir,
Myself rajinder singh. I joined ltd company on 16 august 2013 and got fired on 18 april 2018 without any reason. They taken forced resignation from me and didn't cleared any dues till now. Am i eligible for gratuity as per mentioned service period. Please guide to recover settlement amount.

A minimum of 5 years of service is required for Gratuity.

Your total service period is 4 years 8months approximately. If in the preceding 12 months of service before you left you had WORKED 240 DAYS WITHOUT ANY INTERRUPTION IN ADDITION TO 4 YEARS YOU'D BE ENTITLED TO GRATUITY.
Yes! you are eligible to claim gratuity.
