hello sir please help us i got secret arya samaj marriage and got certificate in one day in UP my husband hometown UP and mine karnataka but now tomorrow my mom registering her home on my name so we are going register office tomorrow in karnataka is it possible for them to get my marriage status and does this property registration requires my marital status I'm scarring please help

If your Marriage is not known to your Mother do not worry it Will not Legally affect the Registration of property on your name. It would state " Anonymous (Your Name ) Daughter Of ".Legally that would suffice. Do not confuse your selves for this.

Yes, status as to married or otherwise is not at all decisive in registration of conveyance of property; it is only an incidental aspect.
