Can a super rich husband during divorce avoid maintainence/alimony to his wife who is well qualified but unable to get a job due to Asthma and pure bad luck?
Pls provide case laws

No job doesn't mean the husband who is otherwise rich should not provide maintenance to wife who has no means to maintain herself. This is the principle based on which court decide the issue of maintenance and alimony.
The financial condition of both parties is taken in account while deciding this issue, based on this be prepared for the same.

You should know that law does not recognize asthma and pure bad luck, as your right to claim maintenance. Sufficient background is a must to claim maintenance. If without knowing proper background of your case, even if someone tells you that the super rich husband cannot deny maintenance, you cannot blame anyone if your own lawyer is not able to present your case properly to justify your maintenance.
Asking for case laws amply proves that yours is merely an academic query, not a real problem.
By the way, what would you do with the case laws and why you should expect the experts to be obliged to provide charity service to discharge the duty of your own paid lawyer?
However, if there is even the slightest truth in your description, ask your own lawyer to do his home work properly, himself, than seeking charity service of experts through you.

Proper presentation of your case will get you sufficient maintenance. Claim it until you are able to resettle.
