I got the judgement of warrant of arrest against my husband, since he is not coming to court , rewarded with maintenance amount also, but in laws has abscond him and declare that he is not leaving with us and they have legally separated him. What should be done to find him...as there is no clue of him

He can be declared absconding by the court if he is untraceable. The court can order for issue of look out notice against him that will be posted in all the international ports to avoid him to escape the country to avoid criminal prosecution pending against him. He can get arrested at the immigration counter of the international port if he tries to escape out of the country.

As the warrant of arrest has already been issued, you can apply to the court to obtain an order to issue look out notice against him.. anyways.. getting absconded shall not serve any purpose for him..

Thanks Sir, But Pls suggest some steps to get him arrested, if he is in India. His family is also involved in DV case, when will judge will give orders for them, since when they will be punished, he will come to court

If he has got salary get attach the salary it is easy or if he has got any property in his name it can also be attached.

Thank you, but how we will prove the ownership on the particular floor of building, if we are sure about his ownership or transfer of ownership after case
