GURANTOR LIABALITY

(Querist) 07 December 2017 This query is : Resolved 
I was the gurantor of my father loan account declared NPA bank sold both of my properties. Now my name is in ECGC SAL . As I have already suffered can I claim the relived or bank can further claim from me the remaining dues. Pls suggest

dear anup my expert advice in npa for guarnter is as under

law of natural justice say that a man cannot be punished for twice for a same deed since 1951 a black and white picture kanoon you can see

As guarantor you are liable to pay. Soon you do better it is so that less interest is accrued.

paying the liability is not question ,
i am sorry to mention that thae bank had sold properties and recovered the amount
and the matter is over so the name of the guarantee from cibil shall be removed

further if you wish to resolve the problem then you are liable for the guaranteed amount only not more than it.. but further what is the other condition shall be explained as i asked
