Hi I send summon to my wife regarding RCR and child custody sec 26. Thrice but summons are not returning to the court despite giving correct address. Does it deemed to be delivered ???? Because neither summon letter nor AD has came back from the address.

Request for substitute service of summon by newspaper publication so that court can proceed with ex-parte against the respondent wife.

If you have dispatched then you must be having the receipt issued by PO.
Download the tracking report from Indiapost website.
You can also request the Sub Postmaster to provide you with delivery report and also obtain certified copy of runsheet of postman by paying a nominal fee and/or thru RTI.

Summon has Been served through court via registry. Address is correct as it was given by my inlaws on wedding card, and they were living at the same address as they had invited us for some function, and address I gave to court was from the record of my wife certificates.1st I sent legal notice, two months already elapsed but nothing has come, after that court send summon but again nothing has come. Summon letter and AD not coming to court. Can I send email to my wife on her official id or I need to take permission of court???

Provide the email id, phone numbers at which service like Whatsapp works to court...

Apparently, the summons had been sent through Registered Post. The particulars could be verified from the website indiapost.gov.in
