we filed a writ petition in bombay high court our present lawyer is not cooperating he is giving lame excuses many time we told him its uregemcy plz take it on suplementry he giving lame excuses plz tell me the procedure how to change lawyer

Take NOC from him and entrust the case to some other lawyer.

Your urgency may not be an urgency for the court.

If no paid fully, he lawyer is not expected to give you NOC. Just take the permission of the court to change the lawyer.
