Father mentally torturing

Hello,
I am 21 year old guy who is living in Kanpur, UP. I have done my graduation and I�m trying to find a job. I live with my parents but my father has been constantly abusing me and mentally torturing because I don�t want to work in his business. He has kept hold of my bank account documents and my personal belongings such as aadhaar card & my pan card. When I ask him for my stuff, he abuses me tell me that I don�t have any right to ask him and as I�m unemployed I don�t even have the right to live in his house. I�m really frustrated with this lifestyle. Please suggest some ways I can mend things.

He is not liable to support you after you attained the majority. So, try to adapt yourself as per the wishes of your father and help him in his business till you are able to get some suitable job and become independent.

Not a legal problem / solution.
He is your father and always think of your benefit. He is not an enemy. Try to understand him.
You should support his business wholeheartedly till you get a job. It is your moral duty and is practical approach.

Help your father to handle his business and learn basics of business that can help you later in your entire life.
Be patient with your father and reap the rewards entire life.
He may agree for your aspirations and even support you later even if it is job.
