Let me apologise that this is not a query.
As a regular contributor to this August Forum, it highly unfortunate and extremely disappointing that we, the experts, have often been at loggerheads among ourselves disrupting, distracting and obstructing each other, thus bringing down its credibility and trustworthiness of the replies and discussions. Hence I shall be highly obliged if the Learned Experts would grant me the indulgence to place the following suggestions in order that situation could be redeemed:
1. We should strive to ensure that the replies, and their contents add value to the topic, replies and discussions.
2. We should strive to avoid any posting that does not add value.
3. We should not post “no reply”, as that itself is a reply and the expert earns points as if he has given a reply/suggestion.
4. Let us respect the querists who choose to make “anonymous” postings; they may have their own reasons and compulsions.
5. Let us not split the replies; it gives the impression that the expert is trying to garner extra points to his/her credit.
6. Let us not make any posting which gives the impression that the expert is trying to garner points without adding anything to the discussion.
7. Let us be professional, fair and considerate while posting difference opinion.
8. Let us not prolong the discussion whenever leads to confrontation.
9. Last but not least, let us all be united in upholding professional integrity.
I assure that I shall follow the above suggestions, and any further suggestions in this context from the Learned Experts.
I apologise if the above suggestions have hurt any of my Learned Friends.

Very rational advice by Shri P. Venu, but I don't think some unreal abusive members may follow that advice, like Mr. Rajendra K Goyal has clearly stated, not to follow all the proposals. In fact the unreal experts need be exposed also, if they intentionally give wrong and misleading advice or make plenty of absolutely vague posts just to confuse anyone and everyone on the excuse of illustrated advice.
For example when they reply by saying, "anonymous query ............ no reply," how there can be no reply from them, when they have already replied, but with absolutely vague and irrelevant post?. They can well be intentionally cheating one and all by openly making false statements. Who compels them to reply, if they don't want to, but still they reply but without showing any element of their expertise?
