Transfer of writ petition civil

(Querist) 19 September 2017 This query is : Resolved
A writ petition civil was filed in Supreme court in year 2016 and the same is admitted by supreme court. During 2nd hearing of case in supreme court , the said petition was transferred to Delhi High Court and is listed for hearing in front of Single Judge Bench. Can i file an appeal if decision doesn't came in my favour ?

If i can file appeal then where i can file the same appeal whether in Delhi High Court itself ( Double Bench ) or in Supreme Court ?

P.S- Case was transferred from Supreme Court to Delhi High Court.

In how many days after Judgement of High Court Appeal can be filed in Supreme Court ? Is there any time limit for filing appeal against order of Delhi High Court ?
R.K Nanda (Expert) 19 September 2017
it is 90 days from date of order of HC.

Quite a premature and irrelevant query. When case is yet to be decided by the HC, where is the question of appeal?
P. Venu (Expert) 20 September 2017
Yes, let the case be decided by the present court.

Agree with the expert R.K. Nanda.
