Regarding marriage

I am in love with a man and he also loves me since 4 years..he is married and having a child..they are not staying together..but problem is his wife don't want to give him divorce for her social security and don't want to stay with him..so my question is without any divorce how can I marry him?What shall I do in this situation?

If you are Hindu, you can not marry a person who is married already till he legally divorce first wife.

If his first wife is not ready to give him divorce, try to forget him and move forward in the life.

Hello sir..
His wife already cleared that she have not any problem if her husband stay with someone else..I have also faith on that man he will never leave me if he stay with me..my question is what shall I do though I know that it's illegal?

If you are ok with such relationship, then who can stop you.
the Live-in relationship between you and the man shall not amount to any criminal case against you or the man, provided that you are unmarried.
But for you to marry him, he has to get divorce from his wife.
I really wonder his wife allowing him to keep physical relation with some other woman. I think many facts are still hidden.

Legally and ethically also, no chance for you. You should not dream about marrying him without divorce. Rest depends upon adjustments between the husband, wife & you.

Yogen sir, I think nothing hidden about this..his wife have Ego problem so she doesn't want to stay with him to avoid disturbances for the shake of their child
