Can I file the petition in Courts regarding the execution of High Court Orders. If company has not executed the High Court Order correctly and interpreted the order as per their convenience. What type of petition can be filed in court of law.

Full case file and orders of court need to be referred, discuss with your lawyer who is well aware of contents of full case file.

You did not mention any information qua the facts of case, order passed by the Court and what has not been implemented by the company, causing you injustice and which is your grievance. Therefore discuss and rely upon the advise/guidance of your lawyer who is fully aware about your case, order passed by Court and your problem that you desire to be executed in letter and spirit.
