Request For Taking up Case in URGENT List

(Querist) 06 July 2017 This query is : Resolved
Our case is to Be heared on Monday 10th July In High Court Chandigarh. As per Clause List updated today, our Case is On 68th No. so chances to get hearing are very less. and Judge is Giving Dates of Atleast 4 months from now to all the cases that are Left Unheared on The Day. MeanwhileThe Reply from All the Parties have Been received in the Court and in this Hearing there wil be Arguments. So Can we Put up Our Case In The URGENT LIST of Monday 10th May so that Our Case can Definately be Heard, if so Then What will be Procedure To Do So??

1. TRY to move proper Application before the Court Registrar, citing justification for the Urgency.

All urgent matters are being taken up by the Court(s) on day to day basis, as I have experienced in P & H High Court, I think initially you have not submitted your urgent application which can not be accepted at this stage.
What is the advise of your lawyer?
Consult and engage Mr. Raj Kumar Makkar an expert on the issue, a very senior member of this club, practicing and available in the same High Court, which he has voluntarily offered to you.
