MR RAMESH FROM GUJARAT HAD SEND A PORNOGRAPHY CLIP ON THE MOBILE OF KARNESH'S WIFE MOBILE BECAUSE SHE TOLD TO SEND. NOW MR KARNESH HAD FILED CASE AGAINST RAMESH ON THE BASIS OF THAT PROOF ON WHATSAPP SO IN THIS CASE WHICH SECTION CAN APPLY ON RAMESH AND HOW RAMESH CAN EXIT FROM THIS CASE.

When both of them are relatives an compromise by Family Elders/Senior Family Friends and an humble pleading and apology by the Offender could put an end to it.Legally the Case has to be contested with the help of local good Advocate only.

And both are relative so and Mr Karnesh had made police complaint so we all know about it..
Actually full incident is like....
Hi msg come from Mr Karnesh wife the Ramesh reply her. and normal whatsapp chat taken between them on that time Ramesh make call to Karnesh Wife she ask to Ramesh that call se nahi whatsapp pe chat karte hai so Ramesh chat with her .....
in between she asked for pornnography movies and Ramesh had send her .....
ye sab 3 din me hi sab kuch hua hai on saturday she asked for meeting at 10 pm at her home and when Ramesh went to her home he find Karnesh with 10 to 15 peoples and 2 police man...
police arrest Ramesh.
