Power Of AttornEy?

If two people Giving Power of there Land to Someone.

And if one of them Dies.

Will the Power be Still Active Till the other Owner is Alive?

Power of Attorney of the person died also dies along with him. No more power vests with the PoA holder. Power of Attorney of the other person living would be effective and current so long as it is not withdrawn duly.

GPA automatically gets cancelled on the death of Executant. However, in the instant case, the power executed in share of the deceased ceases, subject to, If the Power of attorney is executed for consideration in respect of property it cannot be revoked, prejudicial to the interest of the agent. The POA of the other principal exists.

No. after the death of the one of the executants of PA dies then GPA will have no value, it automatically cancelled.

In your case the POA is no more valid since One of the executant dies however the power of attorney is respect of property it is still in force until is is revoked or cancelled by the other executant who is alive.

It shall expire at the moment the person dies in whose favour such power was given.
