What is the procedure to correct middle and sirname of land holder in village parantal agriculture record and want to correct as per documentation showing full name as per record in government service since 60 years and adhar card ,voter card ,bank accounts etc.

Please mention the facts, how there is a difference in records about middle name and surname? Which one is correct?
