Eviction of son

(Querist) 17 December 2016 This query is : Resolved
hello, My parents approached Senior Citizen Forum in Karnataka to seek relief from torture and harassment from their son and daughter in law who stay with my parents. The house is self acquired property of my father. The forum has given order in favour of my parents and directed the son and daughter in law to vacate the house in a weeks time. Subsequently the daughter filed complaint before JMFC under DV Act against my parents and her husband and got interim stay not to evict her and dispossess the property. The matter is pending. Now my parents approached senior citizen forum to execute the order. Now my question is whether my parents can ask forum to evict only the son from the self acquired property of my father as there is stay on daughter in law? pls enlighten me with some citation. Your great advise will surely help senior citizens.

If you Could Prove Or Evict the Son first to declare that son is Not with you and his address is different it would be easy for the Senior citizen Parents to vacate their Daughter in Law.If the Case by DIL is filed after the Eviction Order it would be More easy to prove it is Intentional As Well.Better consult a Local Good Senior Advocate Of your Place.

As suggested by Mr.N.J.S.Rajkumar you may approach your own counsel with all docs.

Apparently the Son and Daughter in law are hand in glove.

Sir, My question is whether my parents can legally evict the son?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 17 December 2016
Yes they can.

Your parents should try to get the stay orders vacated from higher court.

Your parents have approached the Senior Citizen forum, let them proceed against son.

Well Advised by Senior Experts/Advocates Mr.Kumar Doab and Mr.R.K.Goyal.When A Son is Immoral to His Parents. How Much struggle the Senior Citizen Parents would have Under gone to Take the Decision Of Evicting Their SON.
