Dear sir ,
We are having a Regd Society in Mangalore Recently one member who has bought a flat in our society but has not registered his flat on his name can be appointed as the President of our Society
Pls let me know soon

Presidentship of society by virtue of Membership and registration of house are two different things. Check your society's byelaws and act accordingly.

SALE DEED HAS TO BE REGISTERED. WHY IS REGISTRATION IN THIS CASE PENDING?

Whether the plot was allotted by the society or he purchased it from third party. In the latter case, he can become member of the society and become the President.
