My name is mehboob alam.i am Muslim My great uncle die unmarried(no wife no child) and my grand father was dead my grand mother died.my grand mother have two child.my father was dead . my mother have six children (one female and other male). .my uncle have a wife with three children. my great uncle have no will. and grand mother have no will.distribute the property among them.(Ancestral property)

Respected sir/madam,I am sunni Muslim .yeh property mere great uncle aur unki sister( my grand mother ) ki hai.mere great uncle aur grand mother ko yeh property inke parents se mili hai.mere great uncle unmarried hai .(unki koi aulad aur koi Sadi bhi nahi hai).mere grand mother ki ak Sadi hai .in ke sirf 2 Larke(two male) hai.my father and uncle.mere father ki death ho chuki hai.mere great uncle ki bhi death ho chuki hai.mere grand father ki bhi death ho chuki hai .mere grand mother ki bhi death ho chuki hai .meri mother aur hum 5 brother aur 1 sister hai.uncle aur unki wife aur unke sirf 3 Larke hai(3 male)only.mere great uncle ne hamesa Apne sath mere father ko rakha hai aur mere father ne bhi Puri zemadari ke sath in ki sewa ki hai.aur grand mother ki bhi ki hai.hum log great-uncle ki property aur grand mother ki property par rahte hai aur is property ki dekh rekh bhi karte hai lekin uncle alag rahte hai aur koi dekh rekh mai kabhi bhi hissa nahi Liya hai .mere great uncle ki koi will nahi hai.to Kiya mere great uncle ka pura share hum sab ko equal mile ga . Kese distribute hoga yeh property.kis ko kitna ℅ Jaye ga.please help me..thank you
