My name is Mrs.merchant.
A warrant has been issued a/g. me in 138 case in magistrate court as I was unable to attend on 4-5 dates.
This case was originally in bhiwandi court where I had already paid the bail amount and I also have original receipt.
There the case was disposed off, but complainant filed same case freshly in mumbai court. Is it valid ?
I wish to know the procedure to get the warrant cancelled before my next date which is on 30th Sept.
Please guide in detail.

Whether the case is valid at Mumbai or not is a issue to be taken care of by court at later stage but it do not give you a license to ignore the notices of the court.

You need now to go to court through your counsel and put your appearance there and get bail order praying to cancel the arrest warrant.

you may take any defense only when you appear in court. Engage a counsel obtain copy of court record only then you may come to know how a case which was once decided by a court has come up for consideration before this court,
