Dear Madam,
Thanks for the information.

Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 10 September 2016
I slightly differ with the above-given advice. None can approach court commissioner directly. if agreement is not been executed by your husband then you need to file a civil suit for specific performance which if decreed only then court shall enforce its decree may it be through court commissioner or otherwise.
Guest (Querist) 10 September 2016
Thank you very much Sir.Will inform after the date decision of court.
Guest (Querist) 10 September 2016
Sir execution is already filed for the consent terms, one of term is transfer house property.
Thanks.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 10 September 2016
If execution has already been filed then you must have mentioned in the query so as to facilitate other experts to reply accordingly.

It is not good to post half-hearted facts and expect to seek full-fledged replies.

The latest position in execution case of the transfer of the property
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 17 September 2016
Court has every power to get its orders executed. If your husband don't turn up as per direction of Hon'ble Court and even don't possess stay order from the appellate court then court can issue non-bailable warrants against him to abide by its lawful order.
Guest (Querist) 17 September 2016
Thank u very much Sir,if Non bailable warrant is granted he says he wont give anything once he goes in the jail.
Regards
