If my grandfather make a will in favour of his grand son then any other can also claim in his property like his own son daughter or other grand children

It is believed that the owner is Hindu.

The owner can dispose his self acquired/self earned, share in estate in his life time as it pleases to him, by a valid deed, including but not limited to WILL.

WILL can be contested on merits.
Once contested court shall decide on merits.
