About DP Act

I am facing false 498A from last five years against my wife now charge sheet has filled in the court, I want to filled a DP act against my wife and in-laws to create pressure on it because as per complaint they give me rs 25 lac dowry which is totally wrong, I have lost every thing in last five year .pls suggest can I go for it, if yes how and where I can fill this and what supporting documents required for this......pls suggest

You can't take protection under dowry prohibition act
