Service for laptop

I have Purchase Lenovo Laptop before 20 days,With inbuilt licence version of windows 10.Due to some technical issue Operating system is corrupted and not recover. I asked in service centre, they said that you have to require purchase recovery CD for Rs. 2250/-. Now what can i do in this case?

Lodge written complaint under proper acknowledgment with manufacturer.

Demand written reply.

Record all calls.

If no relief is provided pull to DCDRF under expert guidance of a very able counsel specializing in consumer matters.

Lodge online complaint with the company. Send notice(by registered post and online) to service center, manufacturer, Microsoft and seller. If no action file consumer complaint.

You can approach consumer court if company is not taking any action. Otherwise you can install new OS from genuine disk of friends or windows website and then simply put your Product Key from your laptop back sticker.
