Regarding changing unneccesry honda activa parts in services

Dear sir
With reference to above complain i gave my activa on Regular services to Lavish Honda Company Authorised Services centre But after services when I got my activa was Bubbling as earlies before services nothing were changed and they charged me around Rs. 2000 for various parts and Services charges .I can't understand what they did in services and what kind of services they are proving to customer and when i shared this problem to Services manager he said me that You have change both activa Tyres ,now the question is that if tyres are the problem then why they changed various parts of my activa and why they they got me charged Rs 2000.so kindly suggest me the what kind of legal I can take against honda dealer .

You must have received the Bill of parts that were changed.
They must have asked for your consent before changing.

Lodge complaint with the company.
If not satisfied may lodge complaint with the consumer forum.

sir they took my consent but problem(bubbling problem ) which i had mentioned before services which is not solved yet and they raised a bill of rs 2000. if i go for consumer court which documents are required.

You have posted that parts were changed with your consent.
If these parts and service for which you were charged is not proper lodge complaint with Service center, Honda, and toll free number/email.
Honda does act.
If bubbling is due to bad tyres and you have not been charged then on what count you want to call Service center/Honda deficient?
