sir i have not resigned from job but employer send false reliving letter while hold my salary also. and threaten by Gun Man whethr i can file Criminal complaint. Service contract dispute is criminal dispute..

If you have not resigned then if employer has terminated then speaking order of termination should have been supplied.

Threats by gun wielding representative of employer might amount to criminal act.
