Summoning third party

(Querist) 24 April 2016 This query is : Resolved
Dear All,
Please give your valuable comments on this case.
I am facing DV and 125 crpc case but as I am sure my wife was already married prior to our marriage and not divorced.
But, as proof, I am only having the letter from the chief Manager, PNB Housing Finance, Delhi stating that my wife and that Man co-applied for home loan as Husband & Wife.

Please guide: Whether I can request the Hon'ble court/Magistrate to summon that loan file from the PNB Housing as it must be containing their relationship proof and many other docs.
