Sir I have been married 1 year ago and is having a minor son. My husband along with his parents ignored me to such a extent that I came to my parents house. He did not tried to contact me in between except one or two calls. When I went to matrimonial home my father in law didn't opened door. I called police and in police station I came to know my father in law has disowned him and me .my husband is involved with him and taken rented home of rs 2000 in a village just for sake of showing in court that he is ready to live with me.we also give dhrna at his home and made statement by mistake that we will not visit suit property without due process of law. All my articles is with him. What should I do I have filed maintenance and dv. Also filed fir through women cell and his bail application got rejected. Still io not investigating the matter .

The marriage does not seem to work anymore though there is no harm in giving another final try.
If that does not wok as well then think in terms if filing DV case wherein you can claim maintenance and residence order.
If the marriage is broken then file suit for divorce as well.
Filing of 498A is also another option.

The query does not disclose any physical cruelty. As such, I am afraid, a complaint under IPC 498 A would be an overreach.

do not take any strict action.
In fact you already cross limit.
Complains and going to Police ot women cell etc deteriorated your delicate relations beyond repair. Especially at young age and young child with you.
Tyr to keep quite for 6 months, send message u r sorry to agitate matter, and pray to settle it peacefully, with assurance, you will not take any action whatsoever, and want to have smooth healthy marriage relationship. Also try to contact his parents with message to accept you and their grand child.
I know it is a bitter pills, but necessary to save your marriage , before it breaks foe ever.
