POA and affidavit not regd

Hi I have taken property in Mumbai in 2007. After 2 years Bldg gone for redevelopment, but my name builder not forwarde to MHADA annex ire. Everyone vacate premises without stamp duty and registration. Landlord is builder. From seller we did affidavit and power of attorney notarized. We have taken tenancy agreement and rent recipe transfer. Till 2013 we were getting rent yearly cheques from builder. After that he stopped giving by giving excuse of financial loss. Now tower is ready. And now builder asking me to fetch seller to get sign on MHADA form. Seller is asking ransome huge amount. I am really worried for future possession.

Your query is full of ambiguity and confusion. Rather I feel you are totally misled with confusion in mind or cheated, You have not written anything legally properly . This has added more puzzle to query.

1) Hi I have taken property in Mumbai in 2007. ----- What this statement means? Whether you purchased flat, you took flat under rent , whether leave and license or any other terms and condition ?

2) Who is owner of Land legally? Whether you have checked document whether you possess land document and can you state details of land record.

3) After 2 years Bldg gone for redevelopment - Under what terms and condition , Who gave permission to whom it was given all details

4) Once you tell He is owner of Land that is Landlord then you take the name MAHDA ? Who is proper owner , which rights MAHDA have in property

5) Everyone vacate premises without stamp duty and registration ------ Oral words have no meaning in legal language , Whole is fraud

6) Landlord is builder. ---- Once you take MAHADA name once you take Private land lord , Some thing big ZOL in your basic understanding

7) From seller we did affidavit and power of attorney notarized -- Now from where Seller came , There is no value of Affidavit and POA which POA you are talking of

8) We have taken tenancy agreement and rent recipe transfer.-- What is this ?

9) And now builder asking me to fetch seller to get sign on MHADA form. Seller is asking ransome huge amount. I am really worried for future possession. ----------- What is this ?

Sorry to my understanding whole is big fraud played and you don't have any basic information about Property transaction , Whatever you are telling is totally ambiguous and I feel you are terribly some where cheated beyond your imagination.

If you don't mind I will tell straight your whole set of document required to be studied , in detail , regarding what you are talking what you are saying . This whole query only give one picture , There is some terrible fraud played.

If possible and if you don't mind , Can you come to Thane City and show documents to me so I can understand whole issue.

Please come with some one , who is responsible and can understand and take steps ,it seems from name you are lady. I may require to give you various application and person with you should go and give and get all information and documents which I require before concluding everything.

. Please come with all documents and transaction done. This all seems to be fraud done on you which you have not yet properly understood . This is my personal basic interpretation.

sangitaji, first you have an agreement with land lord, then you have transfer receipt of rental agreement with the landlord...tell the redeveloper move the court on the landlord, as land lord, as the real owner allowed redevelopment. then let both of them handle their issues, why you to move now?
