Gifting a flat

I live in thane city maharashtra
The valu of my flat as per ready rackner....is Rs..41 lakh...as on today....so if I gift this flat to my father...
How much would be the registation charges for registering gift deed ?
Any stamp duty ?

Registration charge and stamp duty differs from state to state.
Take this information from local registration office.

Gift to near / blood relatives attracts nominal / nil stamp fee in some states, consult your nearest registrar office.
