Brief facts are that I was permanent employee working in clerical job in this private organisation for almost 20 years. My services have been dismissed after enquiry with no strong points but with bias and vindictive of the management as I have brought out certain facts before the higher authority in the interest of organisation who are now presently retired. I was not even allowed to meet the Head of Society whom I could reveal my full facts that termination/dismissal is illegal against me by the management. Now I have left with no option but to file case for reinstate my services before the civil court and make party who have dismissed me and also make party Head of Society so that al least he may come to know the reality that what management is doing. My question is that can I make party Head of Society too in the present case, Please advice.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 17 January 2016
