Hi
Violation of temporary injunction is a mistake. However we need to see when was the temporary injunction granted, when was the property sold and the full case history/ papers to provide a correct answer

You are silent on the nature of contempt application, the forum where it is pending the relevant dates without which no proper advice can be given.

Sir,
Injuction is said to be granted in 2006.
My lawyer did not inform me.Plot was sold through my POA in 2008.case came up hearing in 2011.my lawyer is also named as lawyer in one of the Plaintiffs without my knowledge. He only contacted me in Feb 2015 and informed of my mistake.
He extracted fee.Now in 2015 Dec Plaintiff is said to have filed contempt application.
He has named me and my POA as Contemptor.
My POA was possessor of said plot and as per application my POA was also informed of injuction. Suit is regarding title.
Plaintiff has confirmed that he was possessor in suit but actual possessor was my POA.
