sir,
as per g.o.no.29.dt31.01.2013. i am eligible to draw the family pension for the divorced daughter more than 25 years. The same is applicable to TNEB also. Now TNEB force (even after submitted the all relevant records) me to submit the sworn affidavit from the first class magistrate.
Kindly help me for the sworn affidavit from the first class magistrate in and around kovilpatti / Thoothukudi District.

sir you have a first class judicial magistrate at kovilpatti...in fact i do not know where you live if it is a town it would certainly have a judicial magistrate first class please

Just visit court compound, typist / stamp vender would guide you in preparing affidavit and getting it attested,

If the EB authorities insist on an affidavit to be attested by a Judicial magistrate First class alone, you may get the format of affidavit available with the EB authorities, in which in the foot note it will mentioned that who all can attest the affidavit, if there is a mention of an Executive magistrate magistrate, then approach Collectorate where you will find the designated executive magistrate in the designation of RDO or DRO, who will attest the affidavit.
If there is no mention of executive magistrate and only JMFC can attest, then you can approach the judicial magistrate court in Kovilpatti with a petition seeking its attestation for the purpose of family pension and you may produce the photo copies of the documents supporting your petition, the magistrate after verifying and satisfying the authenticity of your requirement, may attest the affidavit to be submitted for claiming family pension from EB
