To prove the tittle you have to produce the property extract, certified copy of the sale deed(if original is lost), if the property is got thru., decree certified copy of that decree and encumbrance certificate to show nil encumbrance.
You will get the documents in the concerned revenue department and from the court you can obtain the certified copy of the order.
You have asked " can the same be proved by existing documents other natural facts" but what are the documents and natural facts you have?

The burden of proof in declaration of title cases always on the plaintiff. It is the duty of the plaintiff to prove his or her claim in support of related documents and other oral evidence.

I do agree with rajeev.
