My house no. 14440 under the municipal council. When I check my house ptr card area in the mention ptr card is not correct. In ptr card area mentioned 67 sq MTR but my area is 200 sq MTR in this situation what I do? I am from Maharashtra

You approach the Municipal Council and apply for making correction of the information.

It is understood that in order to give benefit of service charge of the Municipality, area has been reduced. Now, mind that if you want to correct it, your municipal tax liability would be increased and at the same time, Municipality would recover all the back taxes.

When I went to MC for correct tion they are advised me you approach to Land record office. When I went to Land record they give us suggestions for go to MC for correction of entry
Give us act/sec for correction of ptr or city survey card.
