1. Make a proper application to the local ward coop registrar, for your grievances and pray that the omissions of the Society Officer Bearers may be duly penalized.

2. You may also consider to file a grievance petition, in the local consumer court, for the gross negligence and deficiencies and claim damages and compensation, as applicable.

3. Put a legal preemptive notice to the Society and declare that you will stop paying the usual maintenance and service charges, till the documents are duly provided to you.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal

We are having Raw house in one of the society in Navi Mumbai which is having one building and 5 raw houses both are different structure after going structure audit it comes to the notice that building required major repair to prevent more damage to the building as well as raw house also required repair pl. note that building and raw house is two different structure and having distance of 25 feet between both the structure and they started collecting repairing charges per Sq. feet Basis. As raw house owner has repaired there raw house time to time as no one had to blame for anything as from gr floor to till terrace is for one owner. Result to that we all raw house owner decided not to pay repair charges.
