Dear Experts,
My wife has filed 498a case on me & my family in 2006 and trail ha started this year i.e 2009 in the month of august,evently ,my wife and some mediators demanded money for settlement,we agreed for this and we fixed one date for this settlement.meanwhile in this transit time,she has filed criminal case that some body has attacked her with blade and attempted for murder ,she stated that indirectly that husband can be involved in this attack,she was not identified attackers as it was happened in the night time and at open dark place.from that day police every day they call to me at police station and start asking all questions and torturing me mentally,we had done settlement with money to get back from 498a case.now second false case made againt me is still and enquiry is going on for 4 months,iam no ware concern with this and iam sufficient evidence that iam far way from the crime place.iam innocent and working for my livelyhood,how i can come out from this false allegations.pls advice.

If the FIR is registered, give the evid you have to the police that you were at a far away place from the place of crime they can drop your name from the chargesheet.

i submitted all document evidence to police but they still ask to attend PS for enquiry and i forgett tell one more thing a,that in the month of november ,poloce called me to PS and stated orally that they are not having evidence to file case aginst me,at such situation they want me to accept for lie detector tests,they pressuresied me ,taken the letter of accpetance for lie-detector test and releaved me on that night.

Contact a good lawyer, don't accept for any such test.

If police called you again then say them to file a FIR on me and send it to the court. If they do so you can get the bail or file a complaint to the chief & home minister, human rights regarding the harrashment by the police and issue legal notice thru., lawyer to the PSI. You have to become stubbon.

i can do that,but at present iam working in a private company &good earning for myself and my oldage parents,iam afraid of loosing my job due to this action,and my family may suffer.

You shall not suffer anything and you shall have to face all such things. Try to manage otherwise you shall have to bear some bitter things and in that event, you can do nothing.

Go to High Court for get investigation from a Senior Police Officer in both matter and don't come under pressure of your wife. Face boldly all proceedings.If you are innocent,then you would be succeeded.

u are not advised to go for anticipatory bail otherwise it would be presumed otherwise and u will be in trouble.
